Nearing the end …

I’ve been slack. Actually I haven’t been slack but I have been terrible at getting updates.  This is mostly due to my lack of access to internet and traveling a ridiculous amount.  Since my last post I have been in Bern, Montreau, Paris, Versailles, Brussels, Brugges, and now Amsterdam.  So basically I’ve been traveling my ass off.

Munich – a break from Hostels was super!

A few days ago (I think, the days and weeks all start to run together when you are traveling and it is hard to know what happened when and where) I was in Munich, Germany. In Munich I got to stay with the German branch of the company I do part time work for: Elise. And let me tell you, I forgot how nice it is to not have to wear shower shoes or to have a room to myself. So delightful.

Coincidence … I think not …

I love coincidences.  You know when you meet someone for the first time and you think you have nothing in common and then all of a sudden you realize that you have mutual friends.  Like you went to elementary school with the person’s brother’s best friend or you work with their girlfriend’s sister or something like that.  Well, something like that happened to me yesterday in Nice and it just blew me away.

Artery clogging deliciousness!

Tonight I tried a Scottish delicacy. Not haggis as one would assume, I have yet to take that leap. There is something about eating any kind of lamb that turns me off. I tried it at Anatolia and while it wasn’t bad, it doesn’t have anything on chicken or pork. Anyway, I think the whole not liking sheep products is due to me having pet sheep like this:
